Adaptogen Seed + Nut Butter


Makes ~ 1 Cup


  • 1 Cup Almond Butter, or nut butter of choice

  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds

  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 Tablespoons Sunflower Seeds

  • 2 Teaspoons Goldmine Adaptogen Blend

  • Pinch of Sea Salt



  • 1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, until the seeds are equally distributed.
  • Transfer to a jar or an airtight container and keep it sealed, in the fridge or pantry
    depending on how fast you’ll go through it.
  • Enjoy on toast, with fresh fruit, spooned over coconut yogurt, added to a smoothie,
    are just straight up out of the jar.


NOTE: If your mixture seeds too thick when your stir everything together, add a
tablespoon of melted coconut oil to help get a more drippy consistency.
