Super Matcha

Ingredients:

 

  • 12 oz plant based mylk (oat, almond, etc).
  • 1/2-1 tsp matcha (organic ceremonial grade)
  • 1 tsp Goldmine
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil, optional
  •  

Directions:

Heat mylk in a saucepan on the stove. Combine all ingredients and milk in a blender, blend for 30 seconds. Alternatively, use a hand frother to whisk ingredients together in the saucepan before pouring into your favorite mug.

Sip and feel the stress melt away.

Golden Mylk

Ingredients:

    • 12 oz plant based mylk (oat, almond, etc).
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder*
    • 1/4 tsp ginger powder*
    • dash of cardamom powder*
    • dash of cinnamon powder*
    • 1 tsp Goldmine
    • 1/2 tsp honey
    • 1/2 tsp coconut oil, optional

Directions:

Heat mylk in a saucepan on the stove. Combine all ingredients and milk in a blender, blend for 30 seconds. Alternatively, use a hand frother to whisk ingredients together in the saucepan before pouring into your favorite mug.

*or use your favorite golden milk blend!

Goldmine Coffee

Ingredients:

    • 1 tsp Goldmine
    • 8 oz Coffee
    • 1 drop of milk of choice

Directions:

Simply add 1 tsp of Goldmine to your morning cup of coffee. Stir well to combine.

Rachael's Raw Cacao

Ingredients:

    • 12 oz plant based mylk (oat, almond, etc).
    • 1 1/2 tsp raw cacao powder
    • Dash of cardamon, optional
    • 1 tsp Goldmine
    • 1/2 tsp honey, or to taste
    • 1/2 tsp coconut oil, optional

Directions:

Brain Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1 ripe banana, roughly chopped
    • 1 small cucumber, roughly chopped
    • 1 tsp chia seeds
    • Handful of greens (spinach, parsley, cilantro)
    • 1 tsp Goldmine
    • 12 oz water (or your favorite plant based milk)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.
